1.5 "Services" means the tariff refund recovery, processing, and related services provided by the Company as described in this Agreement.
2. Scope and Purpose
2.1 This privacy establishes the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the Parties with respect to tariff refund recovery services.
2.2 The Company specializes in identifying, processing, and recovering tariff refunds owed to importers by the United States Government pursuant to applicable customs laws and regulations.
2.3 The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of each Party in connection with the recovery and distribution of tariff refunds.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Personal Information. We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to you, including:
• Name, email address, postal address, and telephone number
• Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number (for tax purposes)
• Financial account information for payment processing
• Import records and customs documentation
• Communications with our customer service team
3.2 Usage Information. We automatically collect certain information when you use our Platform, including IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns.
3.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and collect usage data.
