1. Definitions
For the purposes of this esign, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
1.1 "Agreement" means this esign and any exhibits, schedules, or amendments attached hereto.
1.2 "Company" means Bridge Fund, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, together with its affiliates, subsidiaries, and successors.
1.3 "Effective Date" means the date on which this Agreement is executed by all parties or, if executed on different dates, the date of the last signature.
1.4 "Party" or "Parties" means the signatories to this Agreement, individually or collectively as the context requires.
1.5 "Services" means the tariff refund recovery, processing, and related services provided by the Company as described in this Agreement.
2. Scope and Purpose
2.1 This esign establishes the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the Parties with respect to tariff refund recovery services.
2.2 The Company specializes in identifying, processing, and recovering tariff refunds owed to importers by the United States Government pursuant to applicable customs laws and regulations.
2.3 The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of each Party in connection with the recovery and distribution of tariff refunds.
3. Consent to Electronic Records
3.1 Consent. By signing this Agreement, you consent to receive all documents, communications, notices, contracts, and agreements ("Records") from the Company electronically.
3.2 Electronic Delivery. You agree that Records may be provided to you by email to the email address you provide, or by making them available on our secure online platform.
3.3 Legal Effect. You agree that electronic Records have the same legal effect as paper documents bearing original signatures.
4. Hardware and Software Requirements
4.1 To access and retain electronic Records, you will need:
• A computer or mobile device with Internet access
• A current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
• Software capable of viewing PDF documents (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader)
• An active email account
• Sufficient storage to save electronic Records or a printer to print them
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring your equipment meets these requirements.
5. Withdrawal of Consent
5.1 Right to Withdraw. You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive electronic Records at any time.
5.2 Process. To withdraw consent, send written notice to: esign@bridgemastersfund.com or by mail to our principal office.
5.3 Effect of Withdrawal. If you withdraw consent, we will provide Records in paper form, and we may charge a reasonable fee for paper delivery. Withdrawal of consent may also terminate your ability to use certain Services that require electronic communication.
6. Updating Your Information
6.1 You agree to keep your email address and other contact information current.
6.2 To update your information, log into your account on our Platform or contact customer support.
6.3 You acknowledge that failure to maintain current contact information may result in your inability to receive important Records and notices.
